The story follows Moon Yegyeol, a disciple of the Kunlun sect, who dies while protecting the senior disciple he admired from afar.
He is then reincarnated as an esper in 21st-century Korea. One day, while on a trip with his parents, he is attacked by an anti-esper group, causing his powers to go out of control.
When he opens his eyes, he finds himself back in the Central Plains. And the mysterious guide who saved him is his senior disciple from his past life, Je Haryang?
He's found the guide he couldn't find in Korea, now in the Central Plains. Moon Yegyeol decides to stick close to his senior disciple, who only sees him as a young and weak junior, and get hopelessly entangled with him.
Moon Yegyeol acts innocent and clings to his senior disciple.
